Hi Mary, I was just thinking about you and how I needed to email you! Great minds! We made it home safe and sound and enjoyed our visit to Siena rather than Firenze - next time. Our members forgot to bring their delegate directories with them on Monday, so I mailed them to you on Thursday morning from Florence. I apologize that there is no note of thanks in the envelope but was in a hurry to get it in the mail before we left. We had a good trip home and I'm back at work briefly today.

Thank you and our thanks to Paulo too for a wonderful experience in Lucca - and for the delightful photos! I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to say good bye but was concerned that our group was a little too large to visit the in town properties.

Dear Mary,

Well, I’m finally back home and have been going over my notes from all of the houses that we visited in Tuscany…With regard to our view of the real estate market in Tuscany now is that it’s more or less a buyer’s market as houses have been on the market for quite some time and I feel that given the present state of the Italian economy, I think that prices are going to continue to fall. So I think that we are going to wait a bit and see if we can’t get a better deal in six to eight months from now. But please do send me any listings that you think might be interesting to us based on our discussions last month.
