The villa is arranged over 2 floors:

First floor: Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Breakfast room and second living room.

Second floor: 5 bedrooms: 3 double, one with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin. Bathroom with toilet. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The helpful and discreet custodian lives on the ground floor in a separate apartment in the villa.

Beautiful large terrace with furniture and sun loungers, where you can enjoy a wonderful glass of Tuscan wine.

The private, enclosed swimming pool (12 x 8m; 1-2m deep) is perfect to fresh up on warm summer days.
