Villa Gemma is situated in a nice panoramic position among the countryside not far away from Lucca and Pescia on a beautiful estate. The area is very well known for its beauty, as well as the quality of its wines and olive oil.  The house has been divided into three apartments with private and equipped outdoor area, both in the front and the back.

Offers a good level of peace and quiet. Pleasant view of the farmed countryside and surrounding woods.

The house is surrounded by a large natural equipped lawn where the semi-underground round swimming pool (10 m diameter) is located, all of which is shared with the owners who live nearby and other guests in small flat.

It is the ideal place to spend some time relaxing. The beautiful outside garden is equipped with table and deck chairs to have outdoor meal or just to relax and sunbathe.

Ground Floor: large living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room,  1 bathroom with shower and laundry room

1^st Floor: a hall with a single bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with bath

Pets:  not allowed 

Accessories: washing machine, dishwasher, TV and swimming pool

Cleaning: only final cleaning included 

Deposit: 500,00 Euro
