Villa La Lecciaia is an old, stone-built country house. This Italian holiday home, recently restored, enjoys superb panoramic views. Overlooking the beautiful walled mediaeval city of Lucca, the city of Pisa and its Tower, the sea and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, the scenery adds charm to this Italian holiday home.

This Tuscan villa has been renovated with careful attention - so the terracotta floors, typical of Tuscany, have been renewed, as have the wooden ceilings and stone walls. But tradition is matched with modern comfort. There is a splendid swimming pool enjoying a panoramic position, and a pergola where you can dine “al fresco”. The surroundings are lovely too, with the villa in the middle of 25 acres of grounds, and with olive groves and forests surrounding the property. The grounds are lush with green spaces and walking areas, and there is a table tennis table. There is secure parking within automatic gates, operated by remote control.

The small dining room has satellite TV and a telephone; and you have access to internet and email connections. There is also a mobile air-conditioning unit.

1° Floor: Small sitting room; double bedroom; big bathroom (bath and separate shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
2° Floor: 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
