The exterior of the villa, characterized by a beautiful loggia shaded by majestic arches, offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy delicious outdoor dishes or simply to admire, perhaps sipping a good glass of wine, the surrounding landscape full of sunflowers and centuries-old plants such as cypresses and pine trees. The villa is spread over two levels connected to each other through an internal staircase and an external one.
On the ground floor the villa has a spacious living room complete with comfortable sofas and characterized by large arches that divide it from the dining area complete with table. The kitchen, large and modern, complete with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes and characterized by a comfortable and spacious central island.
A large pantry, equipped with an American-style refrigerator, at the complete disposal of guests. Through large window doors you can directly access the external veranda complete with table or seats. Through an internal staircase you will reach the first floor where you can enjoy a second stay complete with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and other technological devices. Also the sleeping area located on the first floor of the structure and consisting of 5 double bedrooms (transformable into double rooms) complete, each, with en suite bathroom with shower.
