A splendid view of the Mediterranean sea. "Villa Argentario" is a high-level villa on the outskirts of Cala Piccola, on the Monte Argentario peninsula, known as Villa La Quercia
From the villa you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and on clear days you can see the island of Giglio, Giannutri, Montecristo, Elba and even Corsica.

The Villa is located on an estate of about 18 hectares and it is surrounded by a large garden (2 hectares) with olive groves, fruit trees, shrubs typical of the Mediterranean and fragrant shrubs. In the completely fenced garden, in addition to the beautiful bean-shaped pool (20 meters long and 4 - 8 meters wide - depth 0.40 - 2.50 meters) there is a corner bar in redbricks with wood oven and an area for outdoor dining.
The villa is equipped with a Heated pool and every comfort needed to have a wonderful holiday in Tuscany.
In the large garden we find a heated swimming pool, parking, table tennis, bowling alley, terrace, outdoor dining area, air conditioning (throughout the whole villa, including the annex).

Interior Description
MAIN BUILDING ON A SINGLE FLOOR: entrance, living room with fireplace, dining room and a small living room with TV, equipped kitchen. 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with bathtub (also with shower), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a single bedroom with bathroom with shower. The building has a large terrace from which, through a few steps, you reach the pool.

ANNEX: completely independent and composed of entrance, 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom (two bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub with shower).
There are also two bathrooms available near the annex.

EQUIPMENT: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, safe, mosquito nets, toaster, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, equipped patio, wood oven, bowling alley, table tennis.

The nearest beach is about 2km (Cala Piatti) where there is a bathclub the villa has an agreement with. The town of Porto Santo Stefano and its services, is only 6 km far.
