La Civetta is a typical farm of the end of the 18th century.
This beautiful property located on a hill in the center of the Maremma, between Siena and Grosseto, surrounded by olive trees, woods, and vineyards.
The farm cultivates olive trees and vineyards organically.
The renovation of the entire complex was done keeping as much as possible the historical and traditional details typical of Tuscany, such as the terracotta floors, the stone fireplaces, the ceilings with exposed beams.
The furnishings are of the typical peasant tradition with the addition of some antique family pieces, but with a keen eye for all modern comforts.
In respect of the environment, solar energy is used to supply hot water.

The farmhouse can host groups of up to 30 people

The apartments and rooms, which are all located in the old farmhouse have been restored keeping for the typical flavor of the Tuscan tradition.

All have traditional terracotta floors and original exposed beams and some still have the ancient stone fireplaces, perfectly running.

All apartments have fully renovated bathrooms and kitchens and are equipped with the heating and air conditioning system.
The kitchen is modernly equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher.

Internet access with wireless Wi-Fi available in apartments and rooms and throughout the farmhouse. The apartment Fox can be used for the disabled.
