This villa is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy their holiday in total privacy, relaxation, and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside, but who also want to be able to reach the famous Tuscan cities in little time.

The villa is about 340 sqm sleeps up to 13 people, it is arranged over two floors and equipped with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The ground floor is composed of various open areas; thanks to the glass doors and skylights, the rooms are bright and light colors such as white, brown and beige dominate the atmosphere.

The open spaces on the ground floor are divided into a dining room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, hob, bar with fridge and icemaker, a comfortable sofa, and satellite TV.

Also on the same floor, there is a spa with heated indoor whirlpool, sauna, steam room, 2 heated relaxation beds, and a beautiful view of the outdoor area; two changing rooms with toilets and showers and a bathroom with toilet, which can also be used by people with disabilities. The perfect place to relax after a day spent visiting the surrounding cities and the beauties of Tuscany.
On the ground floor, we have a double bedroom, suitable for people with a handicap, an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room has private access to the garden.

A staircase leads to the first floor where there are 4 double bedrooms with a refined and minimalist design, all with a private bathroom with shower and TV sat. Three of the rooms also have a single bed.
Finally, there is a TV room with a large relaxing corner. This area can be reached by elevator from the spa.

The villa surrounded by a large well-kept garden with a large L-shaped swimming pool and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and 2 showers. Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains, the lounge area next to the swimming pool is perfect for relaxing moments, with a good book and a glass of cool Tuscan white wine.

From the kitchen, you can reach the external pergola where you can eat and taste local products. There is also a barbecue area in the garden.

There is ample parking outside the gates, but still inside the property.

The main cities of art, such as Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano, Vinci, and Siena are all reachable in up to an hour's drive, as well as the renowned seaside resorts of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio) and Montecatini Terme, as well as the Grotta Giusti, famous for their natural baths.

The villa is located about 1.5 km from Cintolese, a town that can also be reached on foot where we find a supermarket, the pharmacy, the local post office, bar, and bank, as well as a restaurant and pizzeria.

For sports lovers, less than 2 km away is the Golf Club "La Pievaccia" with an 18-hole course.
